Relax, you're just dreaming anyway   (12.11.2007)
This blog may be about the Law of Attraction, but at times it is appropriate to take a step back and wonder what all of this is about. We can be so focussed on our experience that we are in the habit of not looking up to see what it's all about. Manifesting an experience more in line with what our heart wants is great, and the Law of Attraction is a fantastic tool for this, but there is more to achievement. Did it ever occur to you that maybe one of the secrets to achieving the most effectively is to not really care about it? This can sound paradox at first, but there are several good reasons to explore this statement.
The first reason is energetic. In order to most easily draw towards us what we want by using the Law of Attraction, we need to be in complete resonance with what we intend to experience. The Law of Attraction is all about resonance, and the more we resonate to the energy of what we want, the more assuredly we are going to attract it. Resonating with the energy of a specific experience is most effectively achieved by being the person who is already having the experience. It means to see yourself as already being in your ideal life, and to really feel as though that is the case. Whether that is the easiest thing in the world to do is not the focus of this particular blog entry, but it most certainly is what works.
So what keeps us from just being the person who we want to be? We project an image into the future, rather than already seeing ourselves as being in our perfect life, and we feel the corresponding emotions. Our emotions are always felt in the now, and thus what we get as the result of that disposition is anxiety, doubt, and impatience. We are not in a state of being of already having what we really want, and thus these feelings surface. But do they always surface, or is there some kind of prerequisite which has to be met, in order for these feelings to show themselves in our experience?
There is actually a requirement, and it is this: we need to care. We only feel anxious about whether we're going to achieve what it is that we want if we really care about it. Have you ever been too emotionally bothered about something which you didn't care about at all? Remember that we attract into our experience what we are in resonance with. If we feel like we would do if we already had what we wanted, then we're in resonance. Considering how we don't broadcast any negative(repelling) feelings regarding subjects which we don't care about, it follows that we most effectively attract our intentions when we don't really care about whether we actually attract them.
It can surely sound paradox at first, but it makes perfect sense once you think about it from a viewpoint of energy and resonance.
I mentioned how there were several reasons to explore not caring about whether intentions come to pass, and a second reason is that there could be something store for you which is better than anything which you have as of yet accessed within the depths of your being. It's important to be open to that possibility if true happiness, contentment and peace is your underlying intention (and I doubt that there is anyone who doesn't somehow want that). The beauty of the word serendipity is rather indicative of the quality of experience it refers to. Wouldn't it be fantastic to discover that there is something even better then what you had dreamt about?

There is a third reason, namely that our experienced world which we happen to live in is simply not real in any kind of literal sense. Can you come up with an empirical argument which proves the difference between your world and your perception of a world? How can you be so certain that there is actually a difference between the two? If you asked me, we really just live in this Infinite Energy which we decode in accordance with our sense of reality. We are not aware of the entirety of this infinity, and thus we only translate some of it at any one time. This is why we only perceive a certain wavelength of this energy, and thus see only the physical plane (with some exceptions, although that is another subject entirely).
If our world is really just maya , a dream, then what lies beyond it? If you asked me, wall that is real is an infinite mass of energy. It is all possibility, all everything, as one.

The door to infinite Possibility is always open.
What we do (via the Law of Attraction) is to decode some of this infinite possibility into our world. When viewed like this, it is certainly applicable to say that we already have anything we want. It does already exist within this energy mass, waiting for us to be accessed. All that we have to do is to adjust our vibrational state towards being in resonance with it. What moulds our vibrational state? Our sense of reality does. And the most notable expressions of our sense of reality are what we thin and feel on a daily basis. Think about this for a second. If we attract what we are all the time, then is not rather justified to state that our world is really just a perception of a world? It means that, philosophically speaking, there is no difference between our world and our view of it. There is no world 'out there', it is all 'in here'.
One important point is worth making here. By saying that there is no philosophical difference between our world and how we see it, I am not stating that this is all about how we see the world at a conscious level. We have many, many layers of subconscious beliefs regarding the nature of reality which make us experience the same collective world. How it became so in the first place is another discussion topic altogether, but there are certainly vast layers of 'reality' which we are creeating subconsciously, while not even being aware of that being the case. The good thing is that we don't need to concern ourselves with these layers of beliefs if we just want to create things within the parameters of the apparent laws of physics. But the key point is worth reiterating: There is no difference between your deepest, subconscious beliefs and the way your world is. Your world is just how you perceive your 'world' to be like at the deepest of levels. It's all a dream.
it doesn't really matter when looked at from a greater perespective. That is not to say that an attitude of apathy is anyhow advisable when engaging in Conscious Creation efforts. That's not what it's about. It's about not being emotionally attached to any particular set of physical circumstances. This allows you to truly get into resonance with the abundant goodness of the universe, without anxiety, worry or related feelings. It's just a dream, so why not dream something pleasant?
