Why doesn't the Law of Attraction work?
The first one to address would probably be this: You need to truly accept something as possible for you if you are to experience it. You need to really consider it acdhievable fpr you to have whatever it is that you are intending. Our beliefs are literal systems of energy within us, and when we believe "I can't", then we resonate to the corresponding physical circumstances. The apparent 'evidence' of our senses will then tell us that there is no way, although that is only a reflection of our own beliefs, and thus, also energy.
We need to be in a state of being of accepting the life of our dreams as possible for us, and only then are we likely to encounter the evidence which supports this state of mind. It's commonly thought that we believe what we see, but it's the other way around- we see what we believe at our deepest levels. It always worth remembering that the apparent 'evidence' of how likely it may be to achieve a certain thing is just a reflection of our own state of being. To recall this is crucial for the continued faith in the manifestation process.
There is another common block which is that of caring too much about what we want. This may sound really paradox upon first hearing, but it is quite clearly one of the most neglected areas of understanding in regards to the power which our thoughts have over our experience. Having a focussed intention is great, but that doesn't necessarily mean to care about a goal as though it had to be done. What I mean by 'caring' is to have an emotional response to how much of your intended manifestation is present.
We attract whatever our energy is in resonance with. Our energetic resonance is expressed rather well by how we are feeling, and so it follows that when we feel as though we haven't got what we want yet, then we repel it from our experience. The key word is 'emotional response.' If we are to be the most efficient conscious creators, then we need to take control of our feelings, and consciously decide what we are feeling. Feeling 'my goal hasn't manifested yet' is in resonance with the physical experience of 'my goal hasn't manifested yet'. We need to feel great on a consistent basis, and then whatever makes us feel great is in resonance with our energy.
Caring too much about a particular goal, in the sense of being emotionally attached to the experience of it, makes it rather hard to feel as though it has already manifested when it's not here yet. So it seems as though we are the most effective at creating our own life when we stay open-minded in regards to fulfilment and don't attach our well-being to any one particular goal.
Another common 'block' which people may encounter is to support the notion of only thoughts being of importance in regards to the usage of the Law of Attraction. Thoughts are incredibly important, but I would suggest that the most accurate indication of our energy can be found when we observe our feelings. If we focus on consistently feeling like we would if we already had what we wanted, then we draw it towards us.
Even another block is that people don't put enough attention onto their general state of being throughout the day. If someone was to visualize a certain goal of theirs for a few minutes a day, then that could massively attune their energy to it. But if they then spend the rest of the ay feeling as though they don't like what they're experiencing, then that contradicts the energey from thevisualization, and positive progress would likely be slow in that situation. Th key is really to feel as close to already having what you want for as much as you can throughout the day. It's not just about the daily visualiziation. Visualization is really just a means to an end for feeling fully immersed in the experience of your goal, so that your energy may be aligned with it. It is a wonderful tool, but not the magic wand in and of itself.
Did this list of common blocks which are encountered when using the Law of Attraction spark an interesting thought or two? Feel free to e-mail me if it did.
